The work triangle, kept tight
Sink, hob and fridge are placed so the walking between them stays short, and so a second person can reach the sink without crossing the person at the hob.
Sockets where you will want them
Socket and switch positions are agreed against the final layout, so the kettle, the blender and the microwave each have a point without an extension lead crossing a worktop.
We come back and adjust it
Fronts and drawers settle slightly in the first weeks of use. The team that installed it returns and adjusts them. That is part of the job, not an extra visit.
