The Taylor Kitchen is built to order, so it is made for your room rather than picked off a shelf. Storage is set out before the finish is chosen, because where the masalas, the atta drum and the pressure cooker live decides whether the kitchen works. Edge banding is specified heavier than the minimum, because thin banding lifts within a couple of years in our humidity. Treat the photographs as a starting point. Sizes, colours, materials and internal layout are all decided by you.

Sockets where you will want them
Socket and switch positions are agreed against the final layout, so the kettle, the blender and the microwave each have a point without an extension lead crossing a worktop.
No cupboard you cannot reach into
Every corner gets a decision at design stage. Left unplanned, a corner becomes the deepest and least usable cupboard in the kitchen.
The wettest part, specified properly
The cabinet under the sink takes more moisture than anything else in the room, so it is built and sealed for that rather than treated like every other carcass.
Banding that stays down
Thin edge banding lifts within a couple of years in our humidity. Heavier banding costs more and is the difference between a piece that still looks new and one that visibly does not.

Yes. Nothing in this range is a fixed size. We measure your space first and build the kitchen to those dimensions, so it fits wall to wall instead of leaving a gap.
Yes. The photographs show one combination. The same design can be built in a different colour, finish or material, and we will show you the alternative in a 3D render before manufacturing starts.
Yes. Grains manufactures and installs with its own teams. You are not coordinating between a supplier and a separate carpenter, which is where most delays and finger pointing come from.
